Description
Our semi-firm, Murieta, has often been described as being similar to a Port Salut.
Slightly more acidic & fuller in flavour than some of our other cheeses, the Murieta has a subtle intensity that stands out in any dish. Great for an everyday grab from the fridge, sliced onto a cold sandwich, or melted or grated onto a toastie or a pasta bake. Also, a great one for the cheeseboard as its sweet Spanish paprika rub stands out beautifully next to other cheeses! Best served chilled fresh from the fridge.

Local collection:
All orders are all available for local collection and will be available for pick up at Culture Cafe & Deli, 11 Chapel Street. You will receive an email with the day your cheeses will be ready for collection.
