Description

Our Highlander, previously known as Highland Havarti, is a creamy, semi-firm, down-to-earth, day-to-day plant-based cheese with subtle notes of mustard and onion. This dairy-free cheese is a favourite on toasties, burgers or paninis as it melts great, but is also just a lovely quick grab for some good ‘ol cheese & crackers! Best served chilled, fresh from the fridge.

Tapioca flour*, Gluten-free, B12 fortified nutritional yeast, unsweetened soya milk (soya beans, water)*, refined coconut oil*, kappa-carrageenan (red seaweed extract), raw, unfiltered, apple cider vinegar*, pink Himalayan salt*, ground mustard powder, natural plant-based seasonings. *certified organic ingredient

Kindly note that our online store is currently accepting pre-orders exclusively for Christmas. All items are designated for PICK-UP ONLY in INVERNESS. Regrettably, due to transitioning between manufacturing spaces, we're unable to facilitate nationwide shipping this year as our current space is limited. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

All pre-ordered items can be collected between the 22nd and 23rd of December solely from Culture Cafe & Deli at 11 Chapel Street, Inverness, IV1 1NA, between 9 am and  6pm. We will have more items in store that are not available online. We look forward to assisting and seeing you in person!
