Our Caraway Tryst is a semi-firm, slightly more adventurous and flavorful, cheese. Infused and dotted with caraway seeds, it has a distinctive aroma reminiscent of anise and a warm ever so slightly sharp taste, as caraway often tends to have! This is one not to be missed! We love it on its own just on an oatcake or cracker, it spruces up any cheeseboard but is also great just on a sandwich or toastie too!

All orders are all available for local collection and will be available for pick up at Culture Cafe & Deli, 11 Chapel Street. You will receive an email with the day your cheeses will be ready for collection.
