Our semi-firm, mozzarella-inspired cheese is a favourite on pizzas, toasties, and pasta bakes! You could even chop this one up, fresh from the fridge, and add it to a Caprese salad! It melts, grates, browns under the grill and tastes like its dairy counterpart! This one is a staple!. You cannot go wrong with a classic.

Our cheeses are available for local collection and UK-wide shipping.
All Christmas pre-orders for long distance (out with the Inverness local area) will be shipped with Royal Mail for next-day delivery on the 17/18th of December to ensure arrival before Christmas.
Local collection:
All orders are all available for local collection and will be available for pick up at Culture Cafe & Deli, 11 Chapel Street, in Inverness on the 22nd & 23rd of December only, during cafe business hours only. 9:30am-3:30pm.
