Our Caraway Tryst has only ever been offered in our Christmas hampers for the last 3 years, but we have had such great feedback that we couldn't hold it back any longer!
This is a semi-firm, slightly more adventurous and flavorful, cheese. Infused and dotted with caraway seeds, it has a distinctive aroma reminiscent of anise and a warm ever so slightly sharp taste, as caraway often tends to have! This is one not to be missed! We love it on its own just on an oatcake or cracker, it spruces up any cheeseboard but is also great just on a sandwich or toastie too!

All pre-ordered items can be collected between the 22nd and 23rd of December solely from Culture Cafe & Deli at 11 Chapel Street, Inverness, IV1 1NA, between 9 am and 6pm. We will have more items in store that are not available online. We look forward to assisting and seeing you in person!
