Our semi-firm, herby mozzarella-inspired cheese is a new favourite with our pizzerias! A twist on our classic Nozza Mozza, this cheese is made with a blend of dried herbs that have a strong Mediterranean influence. Enjoy it on salads for an earthy, herby touch or paired with anything tomato-based, such as pizzas and pasta for a touch of Italian flavour.

Local collection:
All orders are all available for local collection and will be available for pick up at Culture Cafe & Deli, 11 Chapel Street. You will receive an email with the day your cheeses will be ready for collection.
